Valley Airporter hopes to transport more than 22,000 passengers this year. To accommodate those passengers, we plan to purchase three brand new 20-passenger buses to replace older 14-passenger buses.
Because of the growth in airport service, new buses are necessary. The schedule has changed over the years. It was three times per day from Monday to Friday, but now there are ten trips each weekday as well as nine trips Saturday and Sunday. This is 365 days a full year.
Valley Airporter has its headquarters in Corvallis. This is where Oregon State University is. More than 18,000 thousand students attend this university. There are also over 120 high-tech companies in Corvallis. There is a small airport at Corvallis, and another in Eugene, 50 miles south of Corvallis. However, most people prefer the Portland International Airport which is 70 miles north.
Mary Wilson and Bob Wilson are co-owners in Valley Airporter. They will invest in purchasing the new vans. Owners will also receive a commercial loan for the long-term.
